近日，根据呼和浩特市委市政府人才工作部署和《呼和浩特市吸引人才政策10条科技创新领域配套实施细则(试行)》(呼政发〔2022〕26号)规定，呼和浩特市科技局经推荐、评审、实地考察等程序，最终评审出产业技术创新研究院、“政产学研推用银”创新联合体、引进高层次创新创业人才(团队)项目和呼和浩特市科技创新创业人才(团队)名单。

怀峰科技工业互联网智能技术创新团队顺利通过评审，荣获呼和浩特市创新团队称号。

怀峰科技工业互联网智能技术创新团队在带头人刘喜的带领下，长期致力于将物联网、大数据、人工智能等先进技术融合应用到工业生产中去，以需求为导向，坚持自主创新、集智攻关，打赢了一个又一个技术难题攻坚战，为怀峰科技构建了具有自主知识产权的技术体系、产品与服务体系，将行业难题变成了怀峰科技的技术优势，打造了公司强大的市场竞争力。

怀峰科技早在2020年就成了工业互联网企业研究开发中心，研发中心目前共有研发人员33人，其中外聘专家5人，企业科研管理人员1名，专职人员27名，形成了市场调研、需求分析、技术攻关、产品开发、产品测试、系统集成的人才梯队，人员学历、知识结构合理，且大部分人员从事专业技术工作10年以上，有丰富的技术积累和研发经验，自主开发的工业软件产品被认定为内蒙古自治区首版次软件。

2023年，怀峰科技创新团队参加了第十二届中国创业创新大赛，入围新一代信息技术全国赛，并为企业夺得了全国“优秀企业奖”，怀峰科技企业研究开发中心也成功备案为内蒙古自治区企业研究开发中心。

Huaifeng Technology Industrial Internet Intelligent Technology Innovation Team successfully passed the review and won the title of Hohhot Innovation Team.

Under the leadership of Liu Xi, the leader of the industrial Internet intelligent technology innovation team of Huaifeng Technology, the team has long been committed to integrating and applying advanced technologies such as the Internet of Things, big data and artificial intelligence into industrial production. Guided by demand, the team insists on independent innovation and intelligence to tackle key problems, and has won one technical problem after another, built a technical system, product and service system with independent intellectual property rights for Huaifeng Technology, turned industrial problems into technical advantages of Huaifeng Technology, and built a strong market competitiveness of the company.

As early as 2020, Huaifeng Technology has become an industrial Internet enterprise research and development center. At present, the R&D center has 33 R&D personnel, including 5 external experts, 1 enterprise scientific research manager, and 27 full-time personnel. It has formed a talent echelon for market research, demand analysis, technology research, product development, product testing, and system integration. The educational background and knowledge structure of the personnel are reasonable, and most of them have been engaged in professional and technical work for more than 10 years. They have rich technical accumulation and R&D experience. The self-developed industrial software products are recognized as the first software in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.

In 2023, the Huaifeng Technology Innovation Team participated in the 12th China Entrepreneurship and Innovation Competition, was shortlisted for the National Competition of New Generation Information Technology, and won the National "Excellent Enterprise Award" for the enterprise. The Huaifeng Technology Enterprise Research and Development Center was also successfully registered as the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Enterprise Research and Development Center.

Industrial Internet is an important focus to achieve innovation driven development, promote industrial transformation and upgrading, and develop the digital economy.
