Project background

customers are domestic dairy industry giants and global top eight dairy enterprises. Their digital transformation is of typical significance to the whole industry. In order to improve the transportation efficiency of the supply chain of dairy products, reduce manual handling time, save labor costs, and improve the intelligent level in the workshop as a whole, customers choose to work together with smart technology to realize the digital and intelligent upgrading of warehousing and logistics links through visual AMR.

Project requirements

According to the intelligent upgrading needs of customers, through the introduction of smart technology visual AMR solution, the long-distance automatic transfer of materials from finished dairy products to the insulation area and from the insulation area to the edge of the production line can be realized. Through PDA equipment, AMR can call a car at any time. Click the car body screen to control the release of AMR, which can meet the needs of customers in different time periods. Combined with automatic charging technology, it can realize 7 * 24-hour all-weather intelligent service.

Highlight 1: precise and sensitive dynamic obstacle avoidance

In the complex environment from the insulation room to the production line, AMR may face obstacles of different forms such as people, production line body, filling equipment, etc. when driving. The project adopts smart technology Max 600-l, and uses autopilot level visual algorithm to realize obstacle recognition, which can "see" complex environmental features, achieve accurate and sensitive dynamic obstacle avoidance, support human-machine mixing in high-density scenes, and do not affect the existing work process in the workshop.
