内蒙古自治区能源局于2021年8月印发《内蒙古自治区煤矿智能化建设验收办法(试行)》和《内蒙古自治区煤矿智能化建设基本要求及评分方法(试行)》,明确智能化煤矿建设标准和验收程序、评分办法、分数要求,为煤矿智能化建设提供行动纲领。

  内蒙古自治区能源局数据显示,截至2022年10月底,内蒙古自治区77处煤矿已建成智能化采掘工作面133个。其中,智能化采煤工作面87个,智能化掘进工作面46个,25处露天煤矿开展无人驾驶试验。

  通过智能化建设,一些煤矿生产环节实现远程控制,系统设备操控由井下转移至地面,日常生产由依靠人工高强度作业,转变为依靠智能操控中心、智能技术支持中心和智能运维队伍协作完成。智能化采掘工作面井下作业人数由大概20人减至10人以下,最低达到3至5人。

  数据显示,智能化设备人工干预率由超过50%降至20%以下,人均工效大幅提升。利用先进技术,内蒙古建设智能化灾害预警预控系统,可以有效、及时应对各种突发事故和自然灾害,切实做到“治病于未病,防患于未然”。

In August 2021, the Energy Bureau of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region issued the "Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Coal Mine Intelligent Construction Acceptance Measures (Trial)" and "Basic Requirements and Scoring Methods for Intelligent Coal Mine Construction in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region (Trial)", clarifying the intelligent coal mine construction standards and acceptance procedures, scoring methods and score requirements, and providing an action plan for the intelligent construction of coal mines.

  According to data from the Energy Bureau of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, as of the end of October 2022, 133 intelligent mining faces have been built in 77 coal mines in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. Among them, 87 intelligent coal mining faces, 46 intelligent excavation faces, and 25 open-pit coal mines have carried out unmanned tests.

  Through intelligent construction, some coal mine production links have been remotely controlled, system equipment control has been transferred from underground to ground, and daily production has changed from relying on manual high-intensity operations to relying on intelligent control centers, intelligent technical support centers and intelligent operation and maintenance teams to cooperate and complete. The number of people working underground in the intelligent mining face has been reduced from about 20 to less than 10, with a minimum of 3 to 5 people.

  The data shows that the manual intervention rate of intelligent equipment has dropped from more than 50% to less than 20%, and the per capita work efficiency has been greatly improved. Using advanced technology, Inner Mongolia has built an intelligent disaster early warning and pre-control system, which can effectively and timely respond to various emergencies and natural disasters, and effectively achieve "cure diseases before they occur, prevent them before they occur".
